The Focus project is a 10 storey apartment building in the centre of the Parramatta CBD. The project was completed by Merhis constructions as a fully steel framed residential building. The unique façade uses a blurry paint finish to reflect the speed and motion of the street. This solution shows how an exciting façade can be achieved on a tight budget.
