Gosford Quarries contains 23 3 level town houses. The site is a former quarry depot. It adjoins a light rail line with stunning views to Sydney Harbour. The town houses are lowered to retain views to the houses and street to the rear and have a green roof garden. The balconies require a metal screen to prevent throwing missiles onto the rail line. This screen became a design feature which unifies the façade. The sculptural Eastern façade incorporates extensive sandstone reflecting the sites history.
