Lane Cove West

The Lane Cove West precinct is located on a north facing hillside on the Lane Cove River. In 2006 TOP achieved an approval for 40,000m2 of commercial space. The site has now been redesigned to contain 1200 units located within the natural bushland. The site will also contain a boat house and amenities.
