Designed by Tony Owen at PTW Architects In association with Cox/Richardson Architects. This design competition was to create a world class mixed-use development in the district of Sharak, Northwest of Tehran. The design consisted of 410,000m² incorporating a benchmark shopping centre, residential towers, hotel, convention facilities, commercial offices, theatres and entertainment areas. The scheme is based on the modern interpretation of traditional Persian patterns.
