This project for a 25 storey mixed us apartment complex replaces a 12 storey office building in the heart of the North Sydney CBD. The podium contains offices and the units above enjoy panoramic views to the harbour. The waving façade responds to differing views and creates turbulence to enhance natural ventilation.
