Designed by Tony Owen at PTW Architects. This 125 storey tower contains 2000m2 commercial space, a hotel, serviced apartments and residential apartments. The tower sits 400m high on Sheik Saed road. The design is based on the inverse geometry of traditional Islamic vaults. It is clad in polarising glass for ecological efficiency, giving it a rainbow appearance.
