This project is one of 5 within the Villawood Town Centre for ABA Group. It contains 140 units above a retail podium. The site is a key linkage to the adjoining train station and will form a new retail and restaurant hub for the precinct. TOP successfully amended the DCP to allow additional height and floor space for this site.
