This project adjoins Leppington Station and forms part of the new council Planning Proposal. It has also been designated an HDA site under the NSW Government Housing Delivery Authority to target housing supply and affordability. It consists of over 1000 units in 9 buildings over 3 blocks. The project includes ground floor retail commercial space, a shopping centre and health and child care facilities. Together this forms a self-contained new community.
