In 2012 TOP achieved approval for the Stage 1 master plan for the McGill precinct in Lewisham. TOP have now prepared the Stage 2 development application for the site. This includes 400 units in 7 buildings. Each building has a distinct character derived from its location, orientation and interface with different conditions including the greenways park, central green space, busy roads and local laneways.
