This tower has been approved on Railway Parade, Burwood. The corner site contains 80 units. The design is a deliberate response to the boxy-like designs that are the norm in Burwood. This scheme uses curved elements to reinforce the streetscape in a unique, yet traditional way. Construction will commence in 2016.
