This unique 3 storey boutique development contains ground floor retail and apartments above. The site is located on Oxford Street next the famous Paddington Markets. The geometric sandstone and metal façade reflects the geometry of the nearby church. In recent years, retail in Oxford Street has been in decline, this project is part of the rejuvenation of this historic area.
