Demian Developments. This site on the Georges River is currently occupied by the Riverlands Golf Club. The remainder of the site is subject to flooding. The master plan involves relocating the Golf Course to the flood lands and creating residential developments in its place. This re-zoning exercise involves extensive consultation with local councils and state government departments.
