Client: Statewide Developments Schofields is a residential project consisting of 290 units in 5 buildings. The site adjoins Schofields Station and contains a shopping centre with a supermarket, as well as child care facility. Each tower is 8 storeys and takes advantage of the recent affordable housing bonus scheme.
