This concept design is part of a feasibility analysis for Site C in the St. Margarets East precinct of Surry Hills. The site adjoins a night club, restaurant and pub. The Boutique Hotel completes the hospitality precinct with 90 rooms and a restaurant quarter. The scheme incorporates a public plaza to open up the area to light and space.
