Client: Statewide Developments. This residential project is located in the exclusive north Sydney suburb of Waitara. It consists of 207 units in 5 buildings with each tower being 8 storeys. The buildings surround a central green space. The elegant façade has a 4 storey masonry podium with a metal clad upper portion. The development takes advantage of the recent affordable housing bonus scheme.
